I purchased this armload of quilting fabrics at the Stitcher's Garden quilt shop in Pueblo, Colorado, while on vacation recently.

One of our favorite rituals after visiting a quilt shop is to have lunch and compare yams, er, fat quarters. We had a delicious Italian meal and enjoyed our latest acquisitions.

During my recent vacation in Colorado, my nieces spent a spa evening with some friends, and were captured by Alicia in full mask face. Oh, the joys of girlhood!

A week ago I spent part of the afternoon at this sacred place near Colorado Springs, Colorado--the Garden of the Gods. Quite awe-inspiring.
